1 Introduction and Acceptance

kbbd ("we", "our", or "the platform") operates the website https://kbbd.cam and provides an online entertainment service for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and kbbd.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

During account registration you must provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. After registration is complete, kbbd may ask you to complete an identity verification (KYC) process. This process may require submission of a copy of your national ID card or passport.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, contact us immediately.

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters.
• Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi or shared devices.
• Change your password regularly and be cautious of phishing links.

3.3 Account Suspension or Closure

kbbd may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following cases: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, providing false information, operating multiple accounts, or any other unethical activity.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the kbbd platform is ৳300 (three hundred taka). This minimum limit applies to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.

• Only use payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Funds deposited on behalf of a third party are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, credit is applied to the account immediately. For any delays, please contact the support team.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals can only be made to verified payment methods.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• Withdrawals cannot be made while any active bonus wagering requirement remains unfulfilled.
• Bank transfers may take longer depending on banking business days.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the kbbd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to claim this bonus.

• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before withdrawal.
• The bonus can only be claimed once and is non-transferable.
• Wagering conditions apply to winnings earned using the bonus.
• kbbd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers.

5.2 VIP Program and Cashback

kbbd's VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier progression is based on your activity and loyalty on the platform. Cashback is added to your account at a set time each week.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other fraudulent use of bonuses is attempted, kbbd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

6 Gaming Rules

Games from various international providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe are available on the kbbd platform. Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface.

• Game results are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fairness.
• Bets from any game cancelled due to a technical error will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, kbbd's system logs will be considered final.
• If your internet connection is lost, no bet will be cancelled — the game result remains recorded on the server.
• If any error or issue occurs during a game, notify the support team immediately.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kbbd platform:

• Any form of fraud, card cloning, or money laundering.
• Playing games or managing an account using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonus or promotional benefits.
• Hacking or attempting to intrude into the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
• Any fraudulent action taken against other users.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.
• Assisting anyone under the age of 21 in using the platform.

In the event of a violation of these prohibitions, kbbd may suspend or permanently close the account, withhold funds, and take legal action if necessary.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully effective.

12.3 Language

The Bengali version of these Terms is the authoritative version. In the event of any ambiguity in translation, the Bengali version will take precedence.
